As a recent graduate of a Professional Counseling diploma program, Gaerwen is dedicated to helping individuals overcome trauma using Somatic & Narrative Life Skills Counseling, Wellness Counseling, and Spiritual Guidance; an approach that brings together mind, body, and spiritual awareness to create a holistic path to healing and growth and shift from harmful narratives to self-supporting goals and techniques.
